Cigar is deadly

Not as if I care about who destroys his/her life with it, I just had to give it a name.

It's a tattoo of my friend which was a symbol of his "squad" he spent a few years in. He came up with the idea, that he puts a cigar to it's mouth, and I'm just messed with it in Photoshop a bit. Had to remove a fork that held the cigar, and such.
